Chip Grant
Founder & CEO
Chip Grant, MD founded Watershed Health after building a career as an interventional cardiologist with a passion for improving patient outcomes. Prior to his role as Chief Executive Officer at Watershed, Chip focused his practice and research on preventative medicine, chronic disease management, population health and digital medicine.

Martha Williams
President
Martha Williams, PhD is a renowned leader in digital health technology and home-based care. With more than a decade of C-suite experience at national healthcare companies, Martha has focused on unifying the latest thinking in technological innovation, business strategy, and new care models to advance a more value-oriented healthcare enterprise.

Lisa Stanley
Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer of Watershed, Lisa manages day-to-day operations, healthcare provider partnerships, care coordination services and internal personnel management at the company. Lisa comes to Watershed with extensive management experience within healthcare systems.

Effie Carlson
Chief Revenue Officer
As Chief Revenue Officer of Watershed, Effie oversees all sales and marketing operations for the company. Previously a Watershed Advisor, Effie has held several CEO, GM and Chief Growth Officer positions, leading healthcare teams across operations, business development, sales, growth, network contracting and government / policy for over a decade.

Robbie Fuertes
Chief Financial Officer
As Watershed Health’s CFO, Robbie manages financial dealings and analysis for Watershed. A career finance leader for healthcare organizations, Robbie has spent over a decade developing financial practices for startups, and previously held the role of Controller for such organizations as the Travis County Medical Society and the Blood and Tissue Center of Central Texas.

Lauren Davis
Chief Marketing Officer
Lauren is responsible for articulating and sharing Watershed with those who can benefit from becoming part of the network. Lauren comes to Watershed after running marketing for the public health brand, Kinsa. Prior to Kinsa, Lauren served as a marketing leader for several health and tech startups and as an advisor to numerous mission driven organizations.

Florin Micle
Chief Technology Officer
Florin leads Watershed’s engineering and implementation teams, ensuring that our complex technology is simple to use, seamless to implement and scalable in support of our mission. Prior to Watershed, Florin held several technical leadership roles focused on healthcare, most recently leading development in Population Health at Athena Health.

Michelle Trimble
Director of Customer Success
Michelle leads Customer Success for Watershed Health, ensuring that all post acute care providers and their patients are getting as much value as possible out of the platform. Prior to her role at Watershed, Michelle spent her career in healthcare delivery, most recently as Area Vice President overseeing regional relationships for a leading home health provider.

Scott Snodgrass
Director of Compliance
As Watershed Health’s Compliance leader, Scott ensures that compliance is at the forefront of every decision at Watershed, and all programs are managed carefully and appropriately throughout the platform, as well as at Watershed itself. Scott comes to Watershed with decades of experience in logistics and management.

Katie Jones
Director of Navigation
As Watershed’s Director of Navigation, Katie works with providers to train them on the Watershed platform and ensure smooth and effective care coordination for patients. Katie comes to Watershed with experience in both inpatient and outpatient post-acute care coordination, chronic care management and training program development.

Nicole Montagnet Montjoy
Director of Regulatory Affairs
As Director of Regulatory Affairs, Nicole brings vast legal expertise and a broad background as corporate general counsel to Watershed Health. Nicole’s proficiency with complex contract negotiation and client risk management provides a valuable foundation to advance Watershed’s strategic objectives and ensure regulatory compliance.

Tammy Erbrick
Director of Interface
Tammy leads the Watershed Interface Team, ensuring that patient information and documents are securely sent from any hospital to the Watershed Platform, and that all providers can view the information they need to safely transition patients to their next level of care. Prior to her role at Watershed, Tammy spent decades specializing in case management as a nurse.

Webster Pluscht
Software Support Lead
Webster leads care coordination services for Watershed Health, managing the large team of Watershed Health Navigators that use Watershed to manage both chronic and post-acute patients. Webster also leads post-acute analysis, uncovering leading post acute facilities and areas for the improvements that will lead to better patient outcomes.

Veronica Holstein
Customer Success Lead
Veronica is Watershed Health’s Delivery Manager, working with hospitals as they adopt to Watershed care coordination services. By assisting hospitals in becoming a part of the network and connecting them with post-acute care facilities and patients to improve post-acute patient outcomes, Veronica is ensuring that all are achieving their full potential with Watershed.

She has served in multiple C-level positions for both public & private companies & has deep expertise in healthcare technology & technology-enabled healthcare services industries. Under her leadership & guidance, healthcare companies have created and brought to market successful products & services that have led to successful exits.

Amit is a Managing Director at Wanxiang Healthcare Investments & has over 20 years of experience in venture capital, investment banking, consulting & as an operator at a Health IT startup. With several successful exits under his belt, Amit’s investment & advisory focus is on early-stage health IT companies with an emphasis on decentralized technologies that improve micro & macro health outcomes.

Andrew Freeman

As a Watershed advisor, Andrew draws on more than a decade of experience in the payer world. Currently VP of Network Development at Devoted Health, Andrew previously spent over 11 years in various roles at HealthSpring and Cigna Medicare, where he focused on building deep provider relationships and maturing them into strategic, value-based care partnerships.

Kaycee Kalpin
Watershed Advisor
Kaycee is head of marketing at Premier, Inc., a healthcare performance improvement company, where she specializes in innovative commercialization and go-to-market approaches, including large-scale partnerships and joint ventures. Prior to her work at Premier, Kaycee focused on patient and caregiver empowerment for the American College of Cardiology.
