As the Executive Vice President and Chief Growth Officer, she was accountable for sales, business development, marketing, and government relations while managing a portfolio of ~$2.2 billion revenue.
Prior to these roles, Carlson served as Vice President of Team Select Home Care, where she led innovative pediatric home care initiatives, and as the Head of Provider Network at CareCentrix, managing 26+ million members and $1.2+ billion revenue. She also founded Best Practice Management, a healthcare consulting firm, which she sold in 2014.
