Lisa Stanley, an accomplished healthcare executive with over two decades of experience in pharmacy and clinical operations. Lisa’s journey started after she graduated summa cum laude from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy in 1993.
Lisa began her career as a staff pharmacist at Thomas Hospital in Fairhope, Alabama, where she gained valuable experience before being promoted to Assistant Director of Pharmacy in 2001. She continued to climb the ranks and became the Director of Pharmacy, achieving significant results such as $2.7 million in documented clinical utilization and negotiated contract savings.

In 2009, Lisa joined Watershed Health in New Orleans, Louisiana, as the Director of Clinical Operations, where she managed software development and clinical application projects. She then went on to become the Chief Operating Officer in 2016, where she oversees day-to-day operations, healthcare provider partnerships, internal personnel management, and security.

Lisa is a member of several professional organizations, including Women Business Leaders, the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists, the American Pharmacists Association, and the American College of Healthcare Executives. She also served on the board of the Alabama Free Clinic, a non-profit organization that provides free medical care to uninsured and underserved individuals in Alabama.

Throughout her career, Lisa has published research on medication history processes and clinical trials for pharmaceuticals. She has also served as a medication management chairman and facilitator, a multidisciplinary team facilitator, and a privacy officer.
Lisa’s achievements have helped improve patient care and drive operational success for the organizations she has worked with. Her dedication, hard work, and expertise make her a respected healthcare executive in the industry.
